Can I mix different designs on one order?
Yes. Choose how many designs you have and share the quantity across them — each design gets its own upload box, so several products or flavours can be printed in one order.
Is the preview on screen exactly what I'll receive?
The preview is indicative only. The file you upload is what we print, which is why a person checks every order by hand before anything goes on press.
How far should text sit from the edge of the sticker?
Keep text and information at least 3mm away from the sticker edge so nothing gets trimmed off. Background colour is free to run all the way to the edge.
What if my artwork isn't ready yet?
You can still order now. Choose 'I will email my artwork later' at the upload step and send your files over when they're ready — we won't print until we have them.
Which sticker material should I choose?
Gloss paper suits short-term, indoor labelling. Polypropylene is the longer-term option for labels that need to handle moisture and regular touching. Textured paper gives a natural, tactile finish.
What if my size or quantity isn't listed?
Anything outside the standard options, and orders over £1,500, are quoted individually. You'll see a custom quote message instead of a price and we'll send you a figure.
Can I reorder the same stickers later?
Yes. Every order is kept in your account so you can reorder in a click. Reorders are always priced at today's rates rather than the price you paid before.
Where are the stickers made, and what does delivery cost?
Everything is printed in the UK, and delivery is free to mainland UK addresses on all orders.
